• The manufacturing of fasteners is done on latest and imported Nut Formers & Bolt Formers.
• Steel plays a very important role in the manufacturing of quality products, We use steel manufacturing from Primary Producers only like Jindal Steel & power, J.S.W, Electro steel , Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd. to produce quality Product.
• Zinc Plating is an another important aspect of Fasteners. We have in house automotive Zinc Plant Facility ( cr 3 + )to meet the S.S.T and micron requirements of our customers.
• Handling of the final product with gloves in over to avoid any mishandling of products. Also packing section is separate from the machinery section.
• Final Inspection of the product is done with a separate set of gauzes and instrument given to our quality control engineers, to ensure only the quality products reaches our customers.
